Is the Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 legal in the UK?

Single-use disposable vapes were banned in the UK on 1 June 2025. The Hayati vape 6000 is different because it’s rechargeable and the pods are replaceable. UK rules cap a pod or tank at 2ml, so Hayati pairs a 2ml pod with a separate 10ml container that refills it as you vape. That’s how this prefilled Hayati 6000 vape holds 12ml in total while staying within the rules.

Hayati quotes up to 6,000 puffs. That’s a best-case figure, and real life depends on how often and how hard you draw. At the full 6,000:
