Each can holds 20 tobacco-free pouches, in 4mg (Normal) or 8mg (Strong) per pouch. They are for adult nicotine users only.

FUMI is made by Helix AB in Sweden. The pouches are all white and slim, so they sit flat under your upper lip. Each pouch weighs 0.7g, which makes a can 14g.

How FUMI Chilled Cherry tastes

This is a fruit-led flavour with a light cooling edge. The cherry comes across as ripe and slightly tart, and a cool, menthol-style note follows rather than leading. If you want something fruitier than a mint pouch but fresher than a plain fruit one, this sits between the two.

What is in a FUMI pouch

FUMI pouches are tobacco-free. They are made from a plant-fibre filler with nicotine, water, salt, sweeteners, acidity regulators and flavourings. We do not name any specific cherry or cooling ingredient, because the can lists the flavour only as flavourings. Recipes can change, so always check the ingredients printed on the can you receive.

4mg or 8mg?

Strength

FUMI label

Nicotine per gram

Who it suits

4mg per pouch

Normal

About 5.7mg

Adult nicotine users who want a milder pouch

8mg per pouch

Strong

About 11.4mg

Experienced pouch users who want a stronger hit

If you are new to pouches, start with 4mg.
